As part of our ongoing business improvement process Canada Metal (Pacific) Limited [Canada Metal] has decided to wrap up the operations of its wholly owned subsidiary CMP Global Limited [Global].

Effective December 31 , 2012 all customer orders, purchase orders, contracts and agreements of Global have been assigned to and assumed by Canada Metal.  

All of us at Canada Metal will continue our commitment in providing you with our high quality products and outstanding customer service. Please note that there will be no disruptions to service or the delivery or products as a result of this change.

  • What Happened to My CMP Global Order?

Orders open with CMP Global Limited as of December 31, 2012 and orders received since January 1, 2013 have been transferred to Canada Metal (Pacific) Limited for fulfillment and invoicing.


  •  I Had Items on Backorder with CMP Global. Will I Still Receive Them?

Yes. Backorders will be fulfilled by Canada Metal.


  •  I Have a New Order. Where Do I Send It?

New orders should be placed directly with Canada Metal (Pacific) Limited.


  • Are My Payment Instructions Changing?

For customers with outstanding Global invoices please proceed with the payment information on your CMP Global invoice.

For customers now receiving Canada Metal invoices, please note the new payment information.


  • I Need CMP Global Invoice Copies. How Can I Obtain Them?
CMP Global invoice copies for your records are still available. Please contact us.
